Biography

Academically trained as an architect from Hong Kong and The Netherlands, Wong pays much attention on our environment in the urban contexts.

Artist's statement

When Wong starts to study the architecture, the city and the human, he is looking through the screen of the cameras, to capture the people in the city, which is composed by numerous elements found in the city.

Straight line, square, triangle, parallel line, crosses…
Man creates form, creates architecture, creates the city
Man live in the city, in the architecture, and so in the “form”

Finally, the 2-dimensional “form” composed by the elements in the cities, including architecture, bridges, patterns, light, shadow, etc. , are revealed through his photographs.
